Minutes for GCER,     August 18,2009

The meeting was a potluck/BBQ held at the home of Potato Richardson, President. The meeting was called to order
at 7:45. We had two guests Tomas Jurgens from Germany, and Anthony Carnazzo.

Our treasurer, Dianne Dalton was delayed at the Seattle airport however she sent a report and we have a balance
of $8,570.40 as of July 31st.

The minutes were read and approved with a motion by Bill Johnson and a second by Cindy Larkin. However it was called
to my attention after the meeting that Jon Saunders, horse transport for our endurance ride was accidently left off the thank you
list. So a big thanks you to Jon !!! As we all know horse transport at an endurance ride is of the utmost importance.

Old business

1. Joe Larkin has completed an inventory of our equipment. Karin found the lights and Potato offered a storage area for our
supplies. We are still missing two 12 foot banners made by Britt. Cherryl Holbrook has nine 50 gallon barrels that were used for
water and no longer needed. They are for sale if anyone wants them. Call Joe Larkin for further details. .

2. Our club campout to Euer Valley is September 4-7. A link is on our website. There is a 20 mile ride planned for Saturday led by
Cherryl Holbrook to Castle Peak, and a potluck dinner for Saturday night. Contact Joe Larkin if you would like to go.

3. Club vests can still be ordered

New business

It was moved by Jon Saunders and seconded by Cindy Larkin to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned at 8:10. A social hour and delicious
