Directions to Dru Barner Horse Camp

Tell your navigation system to Navigate to Dru Barner Park in Georgetown, CA or…

From Auburn, take Highway 49 to the town of Cool.

Turn left at Highway 193 and proceed to the town of Georgetown.

Turn left at Main Street (four-way stop) in downtown Georgetown.

Continue on Main Street, which will become Wentworth Springs Road, for approximately 5-1/4 miles and watch for the turn-off to the left which will be marked with ribbons. 1 road sign is on the right just before the turn-off.

• If you get to Camp Virner, you passed the turn-off and need to go back about 1/2 mile.

Stay on the paved road (avoiding any turn-offs to the right) for approximately 1 1/2 miles to arrive at Base Camp. There will be a sign and you will turn left at the sign.

Follow the one-way road through camp to find a spot. We will have parking helpers at the entrance.

Note: The corrals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
