Meeting started at 7:15 pm at the Black Bear restaurant.

Peggy is Judy Moore’s guest. She lives with the Moores

Elysha is Denise’s guest from Roseville.

Treasurer’s Report
$230 in dues this year.

Family dues $35
Single dues $20

Diana has all due info.

Pam gave an extra $10 towards membership.

Pam ~ horse had abscess and had to drive home (??)
Denise ~ Twenty Mule Team got 3rd on Sat., 11th on Sunday
Elysha ~ 11th on Sat.
Potato ~ RO’d ~ he had trail issues.

July 9th is Ride date

Paul is not waterboy this year. We need a waterboy (or girl) for first loop. Martin needs help. Martin suggests Robbie (Marcy’s friend) to help (has water truck & services fire).

Raising ride fee for catering. Wants to hire someone to come, cook, clean, etc.

Raise $10 to $100 ride fee with $15 discount for early registration or $110 w/discount.

Pam move $110 early reg. to $95.
